The SPV low-pressure piston valves are among the products that best represent Trimec’s mission. Available in different sizes (2‘’, 2‘’½, 3‘’ and 3‘’½), they can effectively clean filter elements. This is possible by exploiting a sonic wave, which travels through the filter at high speeds, producing pressure peaks with limited air consumption.

Our valves and tanks

Our range of double effect tanks and piston valves includes the DE208 model, which has the unique feature of being able to clean two filtration elements at the same time. This product provides the customer with significant savings on energy consumption and on the running and maintenance costs of the system.

The integrated 1-inch valve is a Trimec patented design ideal for small baghouse filters. Significant cost savings can be achieved by choosing a 5” tank instead of a 6” or 8” tank, and allows for a quick and easy connection to the filter, directly from the blower tube.

Our patents also include the Domino single-valve tank, for cascade cleaning of up to 7 cartridge filters with low air consumption. Thanks to its ease of installation, it can be adapted to many industrial plants.

Trimec complements its offer with numerous accessories, such as PF4 filtered air intakes, condensate drain valves and Domino cleaning management control units.
