The Domino 70 single-valve tank is an intelligent system patented by Trimec for low air consumption cartridge filters.
The Domino 70 boasts simplicity of installation and modularity, adapting to different types of industrial plants while ensuring cost-effective washing efficiency.
Connecting Domino 70 tanks in series generates a cascade effect, allowing up to 7 cartridges to be cleaned with a single air supply valve.
Domino is available in two versions: pneumatic control and electrical control. The pneumatic control allows a reduction in system components and a consequent economic benefit.

Operation and applications
There are 2 versions of Domino:
DOMINO 70 FULL-R: this model is pneumatic and features cascade operation. The tanks are connected in series by means of a rilsan tube connection, and when the first DOMINO in the series is operated in cascade, the following tanks are engaged up to a maximum of 7 cartridges with a single air supply valve.
DOMINO 70FULL-P: this model is operated individually with a pilot mounted on the tank or remotely in a pilot box. In this case the Domino tanks are single-operating and a control unit with the same number of outputs as the number of Domino tanks to be controlled is required.
The tank, made of die-cast aluminium, is light and strong. Operation is carried out within a pressure range of 2 to 7 bar and the temperature range is-20/+70°C.
The application for these tanks includes all cartridge filters, including sandblasting machines, shot blasting machines, plasma cutting systems, lasers, paint booths, etc.
