With over 15 years of experience in the filtration industry, Trimec offers a complete range of valves for dedusting systems.
Based on a Trimec patent, the integrated 1” valve is designed as a viable alternative for small baghouse filters. The use of the piston technology already used for larger valves allows this valve to achieve performance levels comparable to that of a 1”1/2 diaphragm valve.
Its high actuation performance compares favourably with the 11/2” diaphragm valve.
Also in this case we can optimise costs: the product can be mounted on a 5” tank instead of a 6” or 8” model.
Complete with pass-through connection, the 1-inch piston valve allows a quick and convenient connection to the filter, directly from the blow pipe.

Operation and applications
Operation from 2 to 7 bar with superior performance compared to traditional cleaning systems with application in various industries including cement works, small filters for wood/stone/plasma cutting, paint booths.
The piston valve allows to generate a high-speed sonic wave, which enables the filter element to be thoroughly cleaned thanks to the high-pressure peaks generated by this technology.
Use with all different types of bags: Fiberglass, PTFE, Polyester…
The valve and actuation pipes are only made entirely of aluminum alloy, thereby preventing corrosion problems. The possibility of choosing 3 types of actuation tubes (plain, threaded and with incorporated pass-through) allows for adaptation to any type of filter, thereby meeting customer requirements.
Energy efficiency
Air consumption reduced by 80% and performance comparable to 1”1/2 diaphragm valves.
Cleaning bags up to 5 metres long with a 100% increase in filter surface area compared to conventional 1” diaphragm valves.

The valve’s data sheet lists the spare parts required to ensure that the valve is always operating at maximum efficiency.
